Went to an Ethiopian restaurant in Belltown (thank Eli for the recommendation, although i'll downgrade you for offering me the ZigZag Cafe which was in a deadzone of Pikes Place). the bread injaera was very sponge like and intriguing. yay vegetarian meals and eating with hands. Hailed cab over to the Space Needle to be tourists for the night and took some great pictures.
eventually ended up at Le Pichet, a tiny French restaurant for lemon tarts, sorbet and espresso.
made my way to the bus stop where i got hit on my a few very tall and very large black men who were also very drunk. the "do you know how beautiful you are, i bet you do, you know it" comments always make me awkward. my response of "no, but i appreciate the complement" seems to baffle them. can't i be modest and oblivious to that fact. I dont think i'm gorgeous dear sir, just an average caucasian female teacher.
